I checked my OnDemand service this morning before leaving for work and the my listings match the availability detailed by Kaze in the previous post.
All of the episodes listed as being added this week on the Time Warner OnDemand site are available via my actual DVR device.

So for this week’s update, everything is available. In addition, the episodes that were original missing from the 11/12 update are now available and Legends of the Dark King 9 has been corrected to air the right episode instead of a later one.

Is there any chance we will get these missing episodes before their time window of availability expires on 12/2? I fear next week’s update is our last hope…:S
With the missing Nov 5 updates, all I know at this point is Anime Network contacted the companies involved (the cable provider and the VOD carriers) with the missing stuff. Beyond that I wasn’t given specific information on it - and how the Nov 12 updates showed up.
I’ll ask about it again to see if they have any info. A lot of these issues are out of Anime Network’s hands since the delivery, and content management at Anime Network’s control. All Anime Network can do is call and ask, if it’s a distribution issue as in this case.

At 12:05am PST Fri 11/20, those two episodes are no longer on Channel 1889.
I don’t follow that series, so I did not download them to my DVR.

Update: “09” was a mis-labeled episode 12, which may explain why it was removed.
Episode 9 was actually episode 12, so that may be why it was taken down. I don’t know about episode 10 though. Perhaps they just pulled both down to be replaced?

Legend Of The Dark King 09 and 10 are now missing here. Though I didn’t notice if it was 9 or 12 or see the problem I would have checked it. I don’t know if the problem was here but I guess it was. Sometimes it is that way and sometimes it’s not the same. Again it probably was and sorry I missed that. Sad that 10 is missing because I was going to watch it before I go to sleep.

That’s just from memory, but it appears I got the two half-updates of missing episodes and at least one full update of shows that fills in most of the gaps. The only thing I see on other people’s lists that I don’t believe I got is Maria Watches Over Us Season 2 ep 01. Also I need to double-check but don’t think I got any of the shows missing from 11/05 - He Is My Master 03 for sure still hasn’t turned up, nor Aria 03. (I gave up on Utena and never got into Wedding Peach, and have the DVD for YUA eps 5-8)
Looking at some other past posts I may be missing other shows but I got so many shows I will literally have to make a list and come back and check it off.
