Up until a few weeks ago, the week’s updates were not visible until about 12:01AM PT. Last week’s update was not there at 11:45PM, but was by 11:50PM. This week’s update was already visible by the time I checked it at 11:42PM PT.
Obviously the new episodes are on the servers by 9PM PT, but my HR21 DVR won’t let me see them until midnight Pacific Time. I am convinced that the menu display is keyed to the account’s zip code.
Compared what was availble via my digital cable box to the listings on the Time Warner Cable OnDeman web site. It appears that I received all the scheduled updates.
In addition, the following episodes that were never available on the service have been made available as promised:

Babel II: Beyond Infinite
He is my Master 3
Utena 14
Wedding Peach 32
You’re Under Arrest 7
However, as another poster noted, the episodes of the affected series above that were supposed to have their availability extended to 1/6/09 did not get extended as expected.

Will these episodes be made available again? I had held of on watching them after the post saying their availability was going to be extended. So far, none of the episodes that were supposed to have their availability extended have been updated to reflect this change.
Got everything I was supposed to. Also the new Clannad After had the correct description. Coffee God your missing episodes just may be out of order due to some missing “Subtitled” from the title.

Just thought I would clarify the point about Wedding Peach 33.
I would guess the reason Wedding Peach 33 did not disappear is that its expiration date was later than the episodes that did get removed. The http://www.twondemand.com/free/resultsall.aspx?pageId=80&pageMode=listgrid&type=category&id=161 lists it’s expiration date as 12/30/09, where all the episodes that did disappear were listed as 12/09/09. It’s also worth mentioning that Wedding Peach 33 was not included in the list of episodes that dragoon said were getting an extension.
So since it’s been confirmed that it’s a my area thing, and not a complete Charter thing, I just sent off an email to my tech supervisor.
So we’ll see how it goes.
Thanks for keeping me updated. I called U-Verse this afternoon and gave them a complete list of what I am missing and tried really hard to make them understand the problem (for 54 minutes). The tech guy I spoke to was able to access the missing shows from where he was (some undisclosed location in TX), but I still couldn’t. He assured me that they would look into the problem. One interesting thing he did tell me was that the ticket created from my call last week went to the wrong department and that’s why nothing had been done about it. I think the most frustrating thing is starting from square 1 with every call that I make. I’m tired of them asking me “what channel is that on?” or “can you reset your box?” I’ll post again when/if the missing episodes show up.

Anime Network has confirmed with AT&T that the episodes did arrive, as evidenced by most if not almost all regions getting the updates. So at this point it’s unfortunately out of Anime Network’s hands. Anime Network has no control over how the VOD company or the carrier (AT&T) distributes the data through their network.
Anime Network has made a request to AT&T to redistribute the content in the affected area that have been reported in the forums recently. If you haven’t posted about it in the last few weeks, report it in the VOD thread with your zip code and the missing episodes.
Any word on what’s going on with the Time Warner OnDemand episodes that were removed last week? Any chance of them being re-added and having their availability extended as was originally planned?
I’ve gone ahead and started watching the subsequent episodes I was holding off on since right now it looks like none of the episodes will be extended to 1/06. Thankfully, about half the series that have been effected have fairly self-contained episodes so I don’t think I’ve missed anything crucial just yet.
