Summary
The scheduled December 9, 2010 updates seem to have finally appeared, with the exception of Demon King Daimao, ep. 8, which is still missing from the lineup.
Update: (12/14/2010) Demon King Daimao, ep. 8 has been received. Status updated below.
A quick spot-check on the newly-received episodes seems to indicate that, once again, Anime Network extras are still missing from all updates - TAN promo, Section Header and Warning screen before the episode, and TAN logo screen after.
Finally, Maid-Sama! ep. 16 is still missing, and it is now only five (5) days until its scheduled expiration date. At this point, it’s seeming less and less likely that the episode is going to re-appear before it expires.
Will update if/when missing updates are received, issues are resolved, or new issues are discovered. Detailed summary follows.

That’s ok, I was being lazy and didn’t go back that far.
Unfortunately this time it’s Mediacom who’s having a problem. None of the shows for the 09DEC2010 update have been listed as of 0700 CST on 13DEC2010. I hadn’t said anything yet because I was waiting until the Samurai Girls update to watch shows on the site, and hoping that someone else had noticed the lack of a complete update (the shows that were supposed to end did end).
It’s not much of an issue at present for me, but I felt that you should know before another missing update happens.
