I specifically highlighted your TWC case when I sent the report in, but they didn’t get back to me on yours. I’ll be getting in touch with them on Monday afternoon, so as soon as I hear something, I’ll post it hear, I have a BIG sticky note on my computer about it so I don’t forget!

I don’t mean to rush you guys but is there any idea of when the missing shows I mentioned before will be available? I don’t like checking in every couple hours to find they’re always still missing, so if possible, is there an estimate of time? Like, today, tomorrow, this week, next week, a month? It’s okay if there’s not, but I do dislike watching out of order, so… But I’d rather watch out of order if the episodes will disappear before the missing ones come on, but not otherwise… Sorry if that was confusing. Basically I’m just asking if you have any idea when they’ll be available. Thanks…

You shouldn’t be scared about understanding a post as simple as that. It was easier than keeping track of what was happening when in the Star Trek Double Helix novels, which bounced between series and thus points in time with each novel.
What surprises me is that I seem to be the only person from Mediacom having problems, and since I know that their servers in Emmetsburg (in Iowa) are having problems it’s quite possible that I might be the only TAN subscriber with Mediacom having problems (I definitely seem to be the only one posting about them anyhow).
I haven’t checked to see if I’d be able to watch shows online with my Wii yet (that was something I’d been planning for when I could afford to get my PS3), but as Ghost Sweeper Mikami is one of the shows I’d been recording for a friend and I don’t have my Wii being routed through my VCR that still wouldn’t be much of a fix anyhow (although unless the series is going to be ending on the site I wouldn’t need to worry about recording it either…).
And just so you don’t need to look it up my ZIP is 51012, although as you wouldn’t’ve sent the report in again that’s kinda a moot point right now. And either today or tomorrow I’ll be hearing from my cable guy as he’s checking his own box at home to see if he’s missing anything or if it’s just me.
Had a few more show up from the 9th, so now I’m only missing just a few.

Im so tired of sitting on the phone with these people trying to
explain the same thing over, and over, and over again!
By the time these episodes show up (if ever) they are going to
expire.
Now on to the updates. What is the point of watching ghost hound 1-18,
be totally into the story, and then have your update skip over episode
19, and give me episode 20? What is the point of watching any of your
titles when there are gaps in the episodes?

Ghost Hound goes from episode 18, skips 19, and goes to 20
Ghost Sweeper goes from episode 1, skips 2, and goes to 3
Golgo 13 goes from episode 23, skips 24, goes to 25

I cant handle these gaps. This is ridiculous! I am grateful that I
did get something, but I’d much rather have my missing episodes
show up in order so I can keep the story together.

Just to make sure I have this straight…
You are missing the ENTIRE December 9 update. But you did receive the ENTIRE December 16 update.
I have to be very clear on my report about which episodes are missing, or if it’s the complete update.

Yes, it is the entire December 9, 2010 update that I am missing.
However, I received the Dec. 16 update on the 18th or 19th.
Sorry–I couldnt remember what date those updates were supposed to appear.
