On 11/7 the episodes that should have expired were taken off the VOD menu. As of 11/12, still no updates from 11/6. Have just spent an hour today discussing this with TWC - they arenāt updating their VOD website (www.twcondemand.com) regularly, and are now saying that if the programming isnāt listed on the website, itās NOT missing (itās the program providersā fault)! AND, itās not their problem if the website isnāt being updated correctly or consistently - if the VOD program is not listed on the website but is available, itās a bonus (the extra programming may or may not be listed on the website); and if itās not listed and not there, itās not supposed to be there; and if the program provider says that it should be there, then itās their fault that itās not!

Ever since I first reported it 6 years or so ago (Dragoon was taking VOD reports and you pointed me at the TWC website to see TAN VOD list on it), that is why I stopped calling TWC, especially after they became a partner in InDemand that distributes the VOD content for TAN. Think I am sure I mentioned it recently in Oct when the first empty Thursday came also.
Again to repeat what I was told that long ago by TWC
If it isnāt on our TWC OnDemand website then we shouldnāt have it because we werenāt told about it. So it is not our problem but the other companies problem for not telling us or sending us the shows.
They feel that the website is the place to check for what the technicians should put on the channels, as per TWC Customer Service thinks and in many areas also when the local head-ends think.
Currently there is NO shows on TAN available for the month of November if you were to go by the TWC OnDemand website, yet shows appear on the TV.
Case of left hand needs to meet right hand, or dictionary with pictures is required for them to understand the difference between a hole in the ground and their @$$, as the saying goes.

My THR22 (TiVo) DVR still shows only a single episode on Channel 1889.
Also just one episode on Channel 1886 (AdultSwim) and many other VOD channels in that range. Iāve been told this affects all THR22 boxes, not just mine.

After the hour spent with TWC 11/12, the 11/6 update mysteriously started showing up. Itās currently the small hours of 11/13, and still no 11/13 update, but at least I can catch up on last weekās update (finally!).
Note: I ended up speaking to three individuals at TWC - the first two customer service persons (front line and supervisor) would not do anything beyond notifying their engineering/technical support dept - you need to get them to notify their bridge team of the problem; their regular technical support personnel will not be at all helpful (my experience has been that their regular engineering department uses the a) if itās not listed on twcondemand.com itās not supposed to be there; and b) if it is listed on the website but isnāt on the VOD menu, itās the content providersā fault). If you canāt get the customer service person to get beyond this, nothing will be done.
