Is there a difference between subscription for SD and HD with Cox for I haven’t been informed about this?
I have only the HD listings and can view it but no SD listings !
( except for error listing of SD Ep. #8, To Love Ru )
This issue started with the listings of the HD anime, so this has to be the problem around which the SD anime stopped being listed/updated.

I did report this to Admin for future reference, however, since it was reported after the episode had already expired, there will not be a re-pitch at this time.
Since episodes are active for 4 weeks, it’s imperative to let us know as soon as possible so a fix can be made before the expiration date.

I understand and would have reported it sooner but my family watched what we thought was episode 7 of Softenni when it was shown on Frontier. It’s only after we watched Softenni episode 8 that we realized it was the same episode. We did not check the episode number when we watched episode 07 or I would have reported it much sooner.
We also would have noticed it if Frontier listed a description of episode 07 and it did not match what was being shown. However, for whatever reason, Frontier only lists a generic description for every episode of Softenni on their menu - “Subtitled. The girls of the Soft Tennis Club dream of going to Nationals, but they’re going to need to do some serious work!”

I understand what you’re saying, but since episode 8 (the real one) arrived the following week, there would have been 3 weeks to report the incorrect episode. Waiting until the episode is expired really ties AN’s hands on resending the episode.

No argument here. I’m just saying I could only report the issue once episodes 7 and 8 were watched. We usually watch 1 episode per week, thus the problem that arose since we watched episode 7 the last week it was available and then episode 8 the following week. Thanks again.
