Well, I’ve made no bones about my preferring the old reliable Cutting Edge over the new “improved” On Demand–for one thing, the episode descriptions are more detailed. But, like you, I do use Search. Alot. But it’s gotten so slow and unreliable the last few months–not to mention the fact that they broke it for directors: now instead of the director’s movies, you just get “Content Unavailable”–unless, like Sidney Pollack, he appears in a movie, in which case you get just those (i.e., it treats him as like an actor). So I can see that Miyazaki has some movie playing somewhere or other, but which one and where? Yeah, I can bring up “Anime/Genre” and scroll down the list, but that shouldn’t be necessary, since it never was before.

I’ve complained to Spectrum, because it seems like it’d be an easy fix–my guess is that they simply broke the data-base link to the director field in one of their updates–but their engineers maintain that it’s an unsupported feature that never worked.

And they wonder why people hate their cable companies…

But, to make this slightly relevant to the thread, guess what? 10/18… ain’t.

Like the other Spectrometrists, I received all of the scheduled 10/25 episodes (on both Cutting Edge and On Demand), but none of the 10/18 ones. (Of course we miss the climax to Heaven’s Memo Pad and the start of Maid-Sama. Oh, well, I had to wait until now to finally see the start of Matoi and years for the last episode of Glass Maiden–hopefully we can do better this time around…)

DamePri continues to have subtitle problems, this time it’s episode 12. At the end of the episode, the song subtitles mask the dialogue subtitles. Hopefully this one is a “Comcast exclusive” as well…

13 more shows added today, none of which are from 10/18, so all those shows there is no beginning to watch still, or end for Heavens Memo Pad… :rage:

hope this doesnt mean Familiar to Zero Season 3, since we didnt get season 2 yet… did we?
it is Season 3 by the show descriptions… The Familiar of Zero: Return of Princesses (Princess no Rondo) (2008) :woman_facepalming:

we never got season 2: The Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons (Futatsuki no Kishi) (2007)

302 also has Louise misspelled as Louisde in the show description.

After Tomorrow 01 has murdered its clone, and as with the other 10 shows they are all continuations from “last week”, with The Familiar of Zero: Return of Princesses being the only new title. (assuming the show described and numbered is correct and it isnt actually Season 2… not sure yet since haven’t watched them as Hocus Pocus 25th anniversary marathon is still on.)
