Considering our differences of opinion on Magikano, that makes me want to see it all the more.[/quote]

Except, like you, I liked Magi too.

Agree with PP on it, if you want mainstream, Gonzoneric bad story-telling, annoying characters that is targeted to American mainstream and a story doesn’t go anywhere TB is for you. The action scenes at the end of the series are pretty good though, and the dub is also good.

Just realized this ended a couple weeks ago on AS. Now I can finally comment. xD

I had said, months ago in the previous forum, that the ending of this anime brought me to tears. Particularly the fact that Lelouch made the biggest sacrifice of all and so few knew of it. The fact that he took all the hate of everyone upon himself just to bring about peace is just… absolutely amazing. This is truly a tragedy ending at it’s very finest.

(Spoilers in case anyone still hasn’t seen final episode yet.)

Also, still absolutely love the song that plays during the ending scenes. Continuing Story by Kuroishi Hitomi.

Wow. This is the first new post in this thread in almost half a decade?!

I’m shocked that not even any news about the dissolution of bandai and Funi’s actions made it in here. I’d forgotten that these ovas were still ongoing. Thanks.

…I also am reminded that I have yet to check out the Gravion dub.
