Firefox has the reload button on the other side of the url bar…
I pulled up FireFox on my company laptop ( Have it there for an application that IE does not like. ) and it appears to be integrated into the URL bar, I’m sure that there is a way to change it if you want. Possible thru a style sheet, I used to modify those all the time. Firefox went their own way and now there are separate projects such as Seamonkey, Pale Moon and Water Fox that use their rendering engine but change how the interface looks and works.
Not for the technologically faint of heart.

Whoa yea folks, those companies out there are trying to specialize! If only, they didnt like, all do the same thing…
Way back when Microsoft screwed up how all of its programs looked by adopting its “Ribbon” & “Metro” interfaces, I could only get by because of hotkeys.
Having to use the hotkeys for that has kinda spilled over into other aspects of computing, so I use CTRL + R or F5 to refresh the page in the browser.
…I actually had to look to see where the refresh button was on my browser, as I hadn’t used it. Between all the browsers that I use, none of 'em have the buttons in the same spot.
Heh, I remember that I only use hotkeys as much as I do because a Windows 3.1 computer I had had (…Stupid grammar) a faultly PS2 mouse port, so the mouse wouldn’t work like every other boot, and I needed to reboot the computer to have a working mouse. And for that reason alone, I tend to learn hot keys.
And my love of hot keys… make using a smartphone the MOST ANNOYING THING IN THE WORLD!!!
