Most likely yes. They are very similar sword and sorcery anime, though there is notably less fan service in Guin Saga. Also, Guin’s leopard head and unnatural mouth movements cause the lip flaps to never match up, regardless of which language you are watching.
…I don’t think Tears of Terra has fan service. The way they dress, the way the girls dress, that’s how they dressed back them. It really isn’t for fan service, it’s just the way fantasy stuff are made.
