###Strawberry Pineapple Cooler
Ingredients
Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
3/4 cup pineapple rum
1 cup water
4 cups ice
Directions
Remove small rimmer pouch from bag; pour onto a plate. Lightly wet edge of glasses; dip into rimmer. Combine mix, rum and water in blender; blend until dissolved (about 30 seconds). Add ice; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
###Dark nâ Stormy
Ingredients
Ice
2 ounces Goslingâs Black Seal rum
6 ounces ginger beer
1 lime wedge
Instructions
Place several ice cubes in a tall glass and add the rum. Top with the ginger beer, add the lime wedge, and stir.
##Ladiesâ Night Rum Punch
Ingredients
2 750 ml bottles dark spiced rum
3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice, strained and chilled
2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup fresh lime juice, strained and chilled
1/2 cup grenadine
1/4 cup Angostura bitters
Orange and lime wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, stir together rum, juices, grenadine, and bitters. Slide in ice mold. Garnish individual cups with orange and lime wedges if desired.
###Dos Maderas Matador
Ingredients
2 oz. Dos Maderas rum
3/4 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, shake well and strain into an old-fashioned cocktail glass over ice.
