Blame Anime Strike.
Unless you’re not from the US, then I have no clue.
Hidive just announced, 4 of the titles for Hidive (US), that were exclusive to Anime Strike from the Spring Season of which Sword Oratoria was a part of, but not one of the 4 announced.

They didn’t announce Armed Girls Machiavellism either, which was the first Anime Strike show (ended on June 21).
Hitorijime My Hero was sort of a surprise, since that one was a summer show.

Regular or Collector’s Edition? I have it preordered from both Right Stuf and Amazon, as Amazon recently dropped their price below Right Stuf. I’ve been debating on keeping it or cancelling the RS order. I’ve been having some issue with their customer service lately.
