Episode 11 of TV anime adaptation will air on June 28 due to “various circumstances”

The various circumstances tell me Episode 11 was killed by 1000 needles. Enough random delays they could account for happened that it snowballed out of control, and they were forced to delay it.
And I bet these are things that would be an issue pre-covid.
