Now, Sawawa has gotten a new job as the caretaker of a creepy old mansion, and has sent Hiro a letter asking him to come and stay there with her. Finding the mansion boarded up and apparently empty, Hiro wanders around town looking for Sawawa. Instead, he runs into the new resident of the mansion, and ends up pushing her out of the way of some falling steel beams. Unfortunately, he loses his own life in the process. Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, the person he thought he saved turns out to be a princess of the monster kingdom, and she grants him a second life…but only for as long as he will be her servant.

TV series TAN has been showing. The trailer is for a original anime DVD (OAD) that shipped with a volume of the manga in Japan. Those appear to be hard to get license rights to.

The one they subbed and released already.

The OAD/OAVs are being released along side the manga, and there’s only 3 of them so far.

#5

hmmm, might need to rebuy the series.

#6

I plan to get it again.

#7

Suh-weet! :woohoo:

One of my favorite shows.

#8

new Cover art:
May not be final:

Still not sure how or why IGN is getting these covers before anyone else.

If it stays like this I am fine with it.

I’m kind of curious…
Do we know what kind of cases that are being used for these newer big collections?
Like the La Corda d’Oro collection?

Are they still using the less than savory stackpaks for the bigger collections?

#10

I’m gonna take a guess and say: Stackpack!!!

I mean every other 24/26-ish episode show that’s been re-released with a new dub has been like that: Ghost Hound, Clannad/Aftef Story, Tears to Tiara…um, I think that’s it. I don’t know about the sub-only collections since I have the half sets.

So…yeah…

Stackpack!!!

Most complete sets have used stack packs, but YUA Season 2 used a type of litebox. So we won’t know for certain until it ships.

The cover pic is out.

“I love watching you pretend to be highbrow.”

snicker Reiri gets all the good lines.

#16

Episode 1 is now available on VOD!

I’m currently watching it and I have to say that the casting was absolutely PERFECT!

#17

Watched the first episode and really liked the dub. I thought Shelley Calene-Black really nailed Hime.

#18

Loving the dub. Casting is well done!

#19

Is there anywhere else that I can watch Princess Resurrection English dub other than VOD?

#20

Not at the moment, but it will probably pop up on the online player eventually. It will probably also end up at places like Hulu, Netflix and iTunes before too long.
