When Michiru Amatsuki moves to Tokyo from Okayama, she knows that it will take a while to acclimate to the hustle and bustle of the big city. Fortunately, though, she always has a place to go when things get a little too hectic. Thatâs because Michiru was lucky enough to move into Stella House Haruno, a womenâs-only shared apartment where the companionship and conversation are always flowing and the tradition of having a little drink after work has evolved into an ongoing study of alcoholic beverages in all their many varied flavors and fermentations. Whether the subject is cocktails, nightcaps, or just a little wine session, every day is a new libation as Michiru, Nao, Makoto and Kae pull up the comfy chairs of the best place to lounge in town in TAKUNOMI!

Get ready to pour yourself a glass in celebration, cause weâre officially announcing that weâve acquired the English dub streaming rights to Takunomi!
âWhat is Takunomi,â you ask? Itâs a series about Michiru and her friends sharing their love of food and drink! Our friends at Sentai Filmworks have provided a handy video and synopsis
Takunomi Official English Cast Reveal
Michiru Amatsuki is a 20-year-old woman who just moved to Tokyo for a new job and lives in Stella House Haruno, an all-female share house. Her roommates are different ages, have distinct jobs and unique personalities but share a very important interest: their love for great food and delicious drinks! Sometimes all you need are good friends, funny stories and a nice drink to destress from the adult world.
Be sure to tune in on December 9, 2018, at 18:00 UTC and every Wednesday after that to check in on their daily lives and learn new facts about various adult beverages! Oh, and we must stress that you shouldnât drink if youâre not of legal drinking age nor should you drink and drive.
