Tea Time!

My perfect tea session:

Tea, cozy blanket, a book of some kind, and all my cats to keep me company :two_hearts:

And if I’m lucky, I’ll have the natural sound of rain for my background noise.

When my friend and I hang out we usually always have tea together.

I really like the feeling of having someone to enjoy it with. Their company is as comforting as the tea.

Mine goes more like,

Decide to make tea.
Setup for Tea and start water heating.
Hours later wonder why Tea is setup and why you have lukewarm water.

Mine usually goes like Wicca’s post with the added bit of chugging the cold tea when I remember it.

Then other times it’s:

Wants to make tea
But doesn’t want to boil water
Grabs iced coffee from the fridge instead

I’ve never had dandelion tea. I would like to try it some day though.

So I picked up a random joe bottled tea yesterday. It’s roasted barley and corn.

It’s interesting. I can taste the roasted corn. Might be an acquired taste.

Smells odd too.

We got barley tea back in 1968, one of the perks of my mom working for the USAF. I liked it, but we didn’t keep it on hand.
