News About Outlander
Today, June 12, I received an email from Outlander’s wife. She informed me that Outlander had passed away on May 1 due to total liver failure.
She said that he had started out in ICU in March and had moved in and out of the hospital four times before going into hospice for 8 days with her, their corgi, and a wonderful care staff and church pastor.
She also said to pass along the fact that he had really enjoyed his time here at TAN and how much he liked chatting with everyone here.
I know that I, myself, had several long and, at times, hysterical conversations with Outlander.
I’ll miss his very special brand of humor mixed with the grumpiness that you just can’t fake.
