Tomorowland.
Better than its rep (for which I still blame its bad trailer), but not quite the âBioshock: The Movieâ that some said it was. Couldâve done with some more fleshing out of its universe though, but surprisingly decent. George Clooney is insufferable but I have to admit that he can act. Tim McGraw was also surprisingly better than expected.
The movie did seem to dodge the ethical question of âJohn Galtingâ all of the brilliant minds out of our world into theirs. Theyâre brain draining us but it didnât say they were going to ever âbackportâ some of their super-tech to us, MiB-style. Reminds me of the story that the mathematician Gauss hid papers that, had they been released in his time, wouldâve advanced mathematics by 50 years.
âŚAny movie that nukes Paris gets bonus points IMO lol.

**Lost River**
Written, produced and directed by Ryan Gosling
Conclusion: Ryan Gosling is insane.
Seriously, donât watch this - itâs incomprehensible.
My husband is banned from choosing a movie for a week.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny
Much better than Lost River
Firebreather
Pride, Prejudice & Zombies
The Martian
