How does that work if there’s actual nudity?
Doesn’t nudity automatically make it TV-MA?
Maybe they think light and steam are uncensored ?
Oh! There was one show that escapes my mind at the moment that actually included further censorship on the home release than on tv broadcast!

I don’t think that was the one I was thinking of. There was one other. I remember reading an article that the bath or hot spring scene had more steam censorship on the Japanese Blu Ray than on the TV airing.
It was Nisekoi.
