The Claim Your Bishoujo/Bishounen! Early Alert System has been activated!
We’ve reached Round 20 this week (and it’s been soooo hot here in Oklahoma I think I’ve gone crazy with the heat) so to celebrate, let’s have a Claim Your Bishoujo/Bishounen! festival! Tonight, we’ll claim one character as usual. Tomorrow, August 21st, you’ll be able to once again claim two characters IF you give up one character. (Remember, they have to stay unclaimed until the Friday after next.) If you don’t want to do that, you still get to claim one character on Saturday. Sunday, you can claim a third character, but ONLY one of the opposite gender of the character you claimed Friday night-if it was a guy, then you can pick a girl and vice versa (sorry, Shawn). Finally, on Monday, you can claim one last character of your choice. For our “tail-end Charlies”, you can do all the claims on one day starting on Tuesday. The fun starts tonight at 9:00 PM, ET/6:00 PM PT.

In case I wasn’t clear (I had about five minutes to compose the Alert post earlier), let me give you the schedule for the weekend. All rounds start at the usual time (9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT):
Friday, Aug. 20: You may claim one character as usual.
Saturday, Aug. 21: You may claim two characters today, but if you do, you must give up one of the characters you have already claimed in the past-any one can be given up. If you don’t want to participate, you can claim only one character again today.
Sunday, Aug. 22: You may claim one character today but it must be of the opposite gender of the character you claimed on Friday, Aug. 20.
Monday, Aug. 23: You may claim one character as usual.
If you choose to participate in all the rounds, you will end the weekend with four characters. If you decline the opposite gender round, you will end the weekend with three characters (again, sorry Shawn.)
