I respectfully disagree. Sui and Souta are still two separate characters. Saying they’re the same character is like saying Greed and Ling from Fullmetal Alchemist are the same person because Greed is possessing Ling. I could see you making a case for it if Sui had multiple personalities, but from what we know, Souta is a separate person who was, at one time, alive in their own body. That to me makes him a separate character.
