You mean, claim the same one a second time without releasing them beforehand? If so, then the answer is no. However, if you release a claim, then you must wait one week before you can reclaim them. As an example, if you were to release a character in this round (245) you would have to wait until round 247 to reclaim them. Rule 7 has been revised to reflect this.
