I was reading up on the Pecora clone situation, and was curious, so I checked while watching the double summon version tonight. To my surprise, they actually didn’t totally remove her from the double summon edition! They just altered her appearance a little:

So it wasn’t that she looked like the vtuber, just that she had the hair carrots and the scarf?
