Get Answers From Ruijerd’s Voice Actor Before Cour 2 | Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation
Would Ruijerd’s voice actor rather be reincarnated as a swordsman or a mage? Daisuke Namikawa answers this question and a whole lot more.
I’ve been posting about Mushoku Tensei on Twitter since the latest episode. I am blown away with the production values, specifically the decision to use cold opens and endings (where the titles are shown over the action instead of using a preproduced OP/ED.) This expands the story to the entire 25 or so minutes while making the episodes seem seem shorter since they are not bookended by the OP/ED.
The stylistic choices aside, the storytelling is rich and detailed and really hits home as to the trials and tribulations of the aftermath of the catastrophe. From what I understand (not having read the light novels–yet) there is a great deal of material in this arc. I hope that the production committee has planned to continue this series on for as long as it takes to tell the story faithfully, and not try and compress it into an artificially decided number of episodes.

Episode to show what Eris, Ruijerd did during TV episode 16
Got to say they handled that scene between Rudeus and Eris pretty classy. Just enough to know what they were doing then showing the flashbacks to see how they got to that point.
