Jason Douglas does voice act for Funi, as do other actors (Kira Vincent-Davis) who no longer seem to do work for Sentai. I’m not really a fan of any of the newer Funi shows I’ve found that have him as a main-ish character so it’s like he’s still out of the anime dubbing business to me. On a side note, I hold him (jokingly) partially responsible for the awful American movie No Country for Old Men (It’s Coen bros, so its suck was guaranteed) as I watched it largely to see Jason Douglas’ reported cameo.
Orphen’s VA, David Matranga, is in almost every Sentai release. He even plays that guy in Guin Saga who basically is Orphen.
But that doesn’t really support the industry 
Until Sentai comes out with an industry-supporting re-release, I’ll just pretend that it is in my Sentai collection. If I look at my collection and cross my eyes, I can almost see it between Orphen and Shadow Skill on my shelf
