SYNOPSIS: Whoever said little girls grow up in the most delightful ways wasn’t Yuta Segawa! But since his sister Yuri raised Yuta by herself after their own parents’ deaths, what kind of brother would Yuta be if he didn’t take in her THREE children when Yuri and her husband disappear? Of course, the fact that Yuta’s a nineteen year old college student, living in a tiny apartment, with three GIRLS, two of whom aren’t related by blood, is bound to cause some issues. Especially when the eldest girl, Sora, is harboring a secret crush on him and would be quite happy if Yuta’s social life revolved around the ‘family,’ while middle sister Miu is starting to make noises about ‘older men’ as well. Did we mention that it’s a really, REALLY small apartment? Add Raika, the girl Yuta actually likes, as a smoldering fuse and the question isn’t IF Yuta’s home sweet home is a powderkeg, but rather one of when it’s going to explode and how often! Some family ties bind, others may need restraining orders in LISTEN TO ME, GIRLS. I AM YOUR FATHER!

Finally! And looks like it includes an extra episode as well.

WAITING IN THE SUMMER COMPLETE COLLECTION
Probably just that for me . Still very disappointed this did not get a dub and blu-ray. I honestly think it is a money losing mistake in this rare case. Oh well what do I know I just own over 10 grand worth of anime . :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t even own one tenth of what you own, PP, and I still agree with you. I’d do almost anything-even pay MSRP- to get Waiting in the Summer in English!

I will say that this one I will gleefully double dip should it sell well enough in Sub-title form to get Sentai to revisit it for a Dub.

Mark Gosdin

Do my eyes deceive me, are there really only 2 dubbed titles on that list? :frowning:

Not counting the re-issue of FotNS.

I guess we can keep nagging Sentai about it at their booths. I more-or-less casually mentioned it 2 weeks ago when I bought Kurenai on dvd from them, for what little good it did. Though looking at the transcripts of some of his recent panels (plus attending them personally) it seems as though David Williams is (and thus Sentai) hellbent on not going back and redubbing shows. Maybe I should be streaming Btooom! to get a more meaningful “dub this ASAP” vote in…

I spent a few hundred at their booth. Maybe my thoughts could have more influence with 'em if I spent more at their booth, though that would require them to publish to which cons they will be going(Why they don’t is a mystery), elsewise I’ll have already bought their stuff from RS/Amazon.

Which reminds me, there doesn’t look to be much of interest for me in February. It’s like Sentai is taking every other month off. My wallet thanks them.

EDIT: If Battle Girls: Time Paradox gets a dub that reminds me of Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, as the plot summary almost does, I’ll be buying it. ADV worked miracles with Generator Gawl, maybe I should blind buy this just based off of that lol.
