Seriously, If you’re going to end it like that at least announce the “2nd Season in Production” or something.
My biggest issue with the series is that there wasn’t enough episodes, and only Lilly, Grete and Sibylla got any focus, with 8 members on the team it really needed a 2nd cour, as it is it kind of fell flat to me.

It’s a spy mystery… of course they’re going to end it on a cliffhanger! I would say that, from what I’ve seen as to the popularity of merch in Japan, Spy Classroom has a good chance of picking up a second season. Also, I feel that Sara had a good amount of screen time.

True but she wasn’t a main focus as the three I mentioned above got most of the character development. (and Klaus to an extent)
