Why is the McDonald's Icecream Machine Always Broken?

My late Wife worked for Dairy Queen when she was at the University. Their machines were good as long as they were properly cleaned and the employees were trained to do that very well.

I think McD’s just doesn’t take it seriously.

And it’s only McDonald’s that has this issue. Wendy’s uses the same company for the machines, and you rarely see it broken.

I think the UI on the McD’s Ice Cream machine is also designed in such a way that it’s basically having all the warning lights (Low fuel, low tire pressure, etc.) in your car would just cause the check engine light to appear instead.
