Another drop-down for a thought
I can see where the show is explicit enough to be 18+, although there is something I don’t understand. More modern shows such as Valkyrie Drive Mermaid and Hybrid X Heart show equivalent levels of sexuality, however they are reduced to only a TV-MA. Is this because of Rei Rei’s age, being created back in 1993 when there were higher standards of censorship?
