It’s the same one, and I was supposed to get a special preorder extra, but they ran out and gave me a 2000+ Stand as an extra instead. No big deal though here’s the email I received:

Region B stuff: Blood-C Ultimate Edition Blu-ray, Penguindrum standard Blu-ray, Konosuba! The Movie: Legend of Crimson Blu-ray, Pompo the Cinephile Blu-ray Collector’s Edition.
Just checked the Konosuba! The Movie: Legend of Crimson Blu-ray it’s indeed fully region locked to region B. Menu trick certain players can do won’t bypass it. Need a region b or region free player.
