Licensing a song in an opening/closing sequence is more difficult. I don’t see why all singing has to be in Japanese in an English dub. If as if the anime is almost dubbed, but not fully dubbed.
Like they dubbed the Dragonball songs. How is this harder?

Besides the Exclusive, I thought her availability (and Sales) were the reason they never retro licensed 3rei, because I’m pretty sure CR’s exclusiveness to it is over
