Anything we need to know, @MaouSadao?
Not sure…
It’s important to Fully Fill a tanker truck. If you don’t, and 8500 gallons is only about 2/3 full if I recall correctly, then the load will slosh from side to side. Take a curve too fast and the tank will pull the truck over onto it’s side. Which is what happened, sadly.

Is this a law exclusive to California?
I’ve never heard of refunding a gift card like that before…
Can’t say I know much about this. It’s kind of news to me. But somewhere in my foggy brain I remember getting cash value for a gift card but that was just pocket change. And I think the cashier just gave it to me.
Other than that I’ve never been offered or asked.
Thanks for the Intel!
No problem
That’s such a weird thing to me. I was always under the impression you couldn’t get cash for a gift card regardless of it’s value.
And I usually have to pay the difference when it comes to using gift cards lol

So last night we had a stormfront come through that carried 90+ mph winds. In some areas 100-130mph. Those winds are the equivalent of an EF1 tornado and it was an entire storm.
The aftermath has knocked out power in at least half of the Tulsa County area. There’s somewhere around 300,000 people in Oklahoma who are without power and within Tulsa County alone there are around 160,000 without power.
The power has been out for me since around a quarter after 12:00 last night. Thankfully we have a generator so I was able to sleep on my air mattress without any issues. Information sources are saying the city should have an idea by tomorrow of how long it will take to restore power which is being sized up to take several days.
edit: my sister never lost power
Heard from @Newshawk and he lost power after midnight and still hadn’t gotten back the last time I talked to him a couple of hours ago. He also lives in Oklahoma near Tulsa.
Going on 20 hours with no power. My apartment complex management says that power has been restored to some buildings but mine is not one of them. I’m looking at losing all the food in the refrigerator. It’s not much but it was supposed to get us through until Wednesday.
My son just confirmed that buildings around us have power back. I don’t know why ours doesn’t. This is so frustrating.
