I really hate it. Also, the desktop version only shows 4.5 shows on a screen because of how big the boxes are.

I sent in a ticket as well, and received a canned response.
Over half my shows went missing too. Took a while to put them back and I still think I am missing a few. Every time I log in now, the queue is rearranged, but not by my doing. They say the most recently viewed show moves to the top of the list, but I’ve yet to see that. Mine just rearrange to a random order. Like miquelfire, I don’t like how big it all is either. Guess it’s just something to get used to or not use at all.
I’ve read so many complaints, some of them really nasty. Nasty rumors too. It’s just sad.

Since I have an extension (Stylus) to allow me to create custom CSS for sites, I did some work to make the queue look better at least. I took out the description for now (I never read it). Might make a Greasemonkey script to auto select recently added later on.
Here's the CSS I have so far

Hey everyone,
You may have noticed that we’ve recently removed the manual queue sorting function on the Crunchyroll website. We understand that this may be frustrating, but there’s a good reason for it!
We’re currently working on some significant changes to enhance the Crunchyroll queue experience, such as providing new ways to sort, filter, and curate your watchlists. Another exciting change we’ve been working on is the ability to replicate these functions on our Android and iOS mobile apps, as well as Android TV!
To ensure that these new features can be implemented on the website back-end in the least disruptive way, we’ve had to make an intermediate update to the service, which involved removing the manual sorting option.
We’re hoping to roll out some of these exciting new features in the near future, so please bear with us while we work on creating the best possible experience for you!

All fine and good ,but like someone said should they not have said something beforehand .
HIDIVE has its issues ,but they do announce when they are “fixing” things before they do .
