The biggest fights will be over:

Kyoukai no Rinne (being a Rumiko Takahashi manga adaptation, I’d be surprised if Viz doesn’t get it.)
I don’t expect Funimation to grab this one due to the fact that it’s a 2-cour

Triage X I’d be really happy if Sentai gets this one, but Funimation played hard ball last quarter, and I’m expecting it to continue.

Will TBS still have only one title this quarter? (looks like they might have 2 Snafu 2nd Season and Re-Kan)

I expect Funimation to grab High School DxD Born (for obvious reasons), and Nogato Yuki-Chan, since they grabbed the Haruhi Suzumiya license a short while ago, and the Ghost in the Shell Arise TV Series.

The other Aniplex titles should be Gunslinger Stratos and Arslan (since they are both by A-1 Pictures)
*Well I was right on one of these

With Discotek’s and CR’s new relationship, I expect CR to get the new Lupin III series

If Sentai has a new season clause in the old contracts for Uta no Prince-sama, then they should get the new season.

Houkago no Pleiades, being a Gainax title, I bet will end up with Funimation

This topic is now pinned. It will appear at the top of its category until it is unpinned by staff for everyone, or by individual users for themselves.

Hey, as long as Sentai grabs BBB and Triage X, then it’s cool. They then can port the HSotD English cast over to TX and make it the unofficial/spiritual/yadda yadda season 2.
Then they can continue with all the sequels…

That doesn’t matter much, they’re an animation studio, nothing more.
Remember, From the New World was also by A-1.

What actually matters, is whether AoJ holds the international rights for it, and in the case of Arslan, it looks like Aniplex doesn’t have any involvement in it at all.
Considering the PVs are being streamed by NBCUniversal, there’s a good chance it’s an NBCUniversal title.
My second guess would either be Kodansha or Showgate.

All right. We’ll see how it all plays out

And since we’re on the subject, it should also be noted that Arslan isn’t animated by A-1 in the first place.
It’s animated by LIDEN FILMS x SANZIGEN Animation Studio.

Neregate has it listed wrong then…

Another thing to keep an eye on (though I wouldn’t add it to the list just yet).
Ponycan USA is premiering the first 2 episodes of ETOTAMA at Sakura-Con on 4/3.

Updated

I generally don’t post poll results, however since this is an ANN poll, I figured I’d post it.

ANN Readers: Gintama Also Leads in Most Anticipated Spring 2015 Anime Poll

posted on 2015-03-12 17:00 EDT by Lynzee Lamb

It looks like readers at Anime News Network are mirroring their Japanese counterparts this season for the #1 most anticipated show. Over 2,000 voters weighed in on what anime they’re most looking forward to this spring. Like Japan, the answer was the fourth season of Gintama! However, that’s where the similarities stop with Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, Digimon Adventure tri., The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan, and Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. Zoku rounding out the top five. Here’s the top 20:

For a refresher, here are the results from Charapedia:

  19. Mikagura Gakuen Kumikyoku
  20. Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?

Interesting.
I just noticed a pattern that I never noticed before.

So, for those that watch PVs of upcoming series, the WB Anime YT channel is streaming the PVs for 3 of the Spring series.

Here’s where it gets interesting.
Of the videos they have on their channel that are actual PVs/CMs of series (not MVs or DVD/BD CMs), all but one (RWBY) have either been Warner Japan series or Showgate series.

So I would hazard a guess that these 3 are either Warner Japan or Showgate series:

Hōkago no Pleiades
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?
Shokugeki no Sōma

Looks like FUNi might have Seraph of the End going by the available territory list on Anime Limited.
I guess there’s a chance Sentai is working with them on it, but I’d lean more towards FUNi than Sentai in this case.

Considering who the studio is (Wit), I’d be surprised if Funimation doesn’t have it.
