Just like last season, they still haven’t started filling in the Other 2 section in the character section of the Tribe Cool Crew site, so I’d say that’s probably a continued series as well.

So I’d say it’s probably safe to add Wooser’s Season 3 to the CR list as well.

Now that I think about it, Robot Girls Z+ should be added to the continuing CR series as well, since it’s a monthly series of 6 episodes.

Remember what happened to Dog Days S3?

This being an Aniplex title, it might very well depend on if NISA has a sequel clause in their license contract of the first 2 seasons (quite possibly how FUNi winded up with Black Butler: Book of Circus after the Aniplex shutout).

The way it seems to be going is AoJ has pretty much shut all doors to any titles that AoA doesn’t pick up.

I do hope that NISA signed an iron clad contract on Working.

If AoJ has shut down licensing to anyone in the US other than what AoA picks up then that is a classic Penny Wise / Pound Foolish thing to do. There will be series that could make good money in the US if distributed using the traditional model that won’t using a CE Singles approach. And of course what is popular will vary between the US & Japan, AoJ could have the next Dragonball and utterly mishandle it.

To see a textbook perfect example of what not to do, look at Voyager and their total mishandling of Yamato: 2199. It’s a great show, and if it had gotten a proper release either through Funimation or Sentai, and had gotten a proper legal stream from Funi or Crunchyroll, I think it would have done quite well here in the States.

Since I was discussing AoJ, I was just thinking…
Charlotte is probably going to be the first Visual Art’s/Key series, that won’t be either an ADV or Sentai license.
Thus far, between those two companies, they’ve license almost every Key series that has been made in recent years.
Toei’s Kanon is really the only thing they never licensed.
