Don’t be to discouraged, if the new “program” Sentai is doing for Clannad, Legends of the Dark King, Ghost Hound, etc. works and is successful I can see Ichiban Ushiro no Daimao being next in line for a dub after a successful sub-only DVD release.
Yeah, it’s also one of those shows you can watch and you can already hear which Texas VA’s would be playing who. Seraphim could make a great dub for this one.
Great first episode! I think I’m really going to like this one too. Looks like a fun story. Wonderful job guys! 
No lag for when I watched it with my friends either. Anyway, all three of us saw this episode and we all found it pretty enjoyable. I’ll definitely, at least try to, stick with this show via simulcast… And hopefully this is only the first of more Spring 2010 simulcasts from TAN, if possible.
So it appears the version of episode 1 that Anime Network and CR are streaming is actually a slightly censored version. They used some strips of cloth to cover up her nipples:

It’s not too bad though, I can see them not streaming that, but I wonder if we will get the censored version on the DVDs or the uncensored episode. At least it’s nothing drastic though. It’s not like we don’t have lots of other anime with ample nudity. I’m just curious as to why the Japanese broadcasters decided to block it out. We’ve seen much, much worse.

More likely, we’ll be getting them uncensored, i.e. without the cloth strips, the funny eyes swirls, or the “don’t look” sign over the panty shot, plus any other censoring in future eps. I don’t see them pulling a Funi on us. I hope not.
As to why it was censored, the uncensored one was broadcast on satelite tv, while the censored ones where on regular broadcast channels. Sort of like how The Sopranos was uncensored on HBO, but when the started rerunning on A&E (I believe) they were heavily censored.
Makes me wonder what version CR got now.
A different question that I don’t see addressed yet, is there a schedule for the rest of the episodes yet?
I’m guessing it will be one a week.
I’m checking for sure, but let’s go with weekly.

Well now, that was pretty funny.
I’m liking the OP & ED, and they give hints as what’s to come in the future.
So far, I think I’m going to really enjoy this series, though it does make one wonder, if the production/writers usually work on hentai titles, particularly after this episode.
No lag today on AN. I really like this anime, can’t wait for next week.
