Actually in the case of the craptastic Magical Warfare, a horribad show will get a dub, if it’s also licensed in the UK, AU, NZ regions, as all the licensors can split the costs for the dub production.

That’s not always the case, but it is a general rule of thumb for Sentai international licenses.
