Episodes 1-3 the nipple editions : :drum:

This to start with I believe or rather hope is going to have a good character developing story with some racing . The uncensored fanservice Iā€™m not sure really adds a lot to it . The more I guess sort of mellow itā€™s there clothed do these girls wear braā€™s breast shaking furiously is comical to me . The one bit during the third episode over the yellow dolphin was like during one of these scenes in a movie where it kept flashing to a person beating a drum during an intense standoff except with breast .

Iā€™m looking forward to where the girls relationship goes . I donā€™t think the show is going to be deep or anything ,but as of now Iā€™d buy the first volume if we were still in the days of single volumes . Now a days itā€™s a have to see if itā€™s a buy on release or wait to a sale buy .

Iā€™m actually kinda curious (with the special uncensored treatment, and whatnot) if that means thereā€™s gonna be a PBS for it.

If so, that will have to be an immediate Pre-order, cause we all know what happened with Monster Musumeā€¦

You know if the American branch of Marvelous releases the game here. Itā€™d be cool to see Sentai partner up with them for a release of the game and Anime . I doubt itā€™d happen ,but could result in a neat PBS .

So just caught the first 3 episodes. It reminds me a lot of Two Car (Just replace the Sidecar motorcycle racing with Jet Skis) Letā€™s hope it turns out better at the endā€¦

Watched episode 4 .
That was quite a bit of fun and fan service . At the moment itā€™s become my second favorite show of the season . Glad that Sentai got this so can be sure itā€™s going to get a release at some point .

Agreed. The only one which beats it is Cautious Hero IMO. (Having the limited early release AT-X version doesnā€™t hurt either :wink:)

Anyone else get SERIOUS HYDRO THUNDER vibes from the race in EP 4 though?

Itā€™s going to be a game, I know, but the entire race I kept hearing the first oneā€¦

A recap episode? A lot of 1 cour shows are doing them these days, arenā€™t they? I mean it does give an additional week to work on the unfinished episodes, but with one happening before episode 6 it kinda concerns me. (Getting GUP or Maerchen Maerchen vibesā€¦)

(I havenā€™t watched it just yet BTW)

Just watched 4.5, and a thought. After watching it, the next episode clip seemed familiar. Went back to 4, and it has the same clip. This concerns me more, since that most likely means production on episode 5 was hinderedā€¦

Then thereā€™s the questions of a dub version. Will this episode be left out like the Girls Und Panzer episodes, or will it be dubbed like Girls In A Dungeon?

Also if it does get a dub, I wonder how they will do the voices for Jennifer and Emily, since they use broken Japanese with English mixed in.

A recap episode after basically 2 races seems weird for this sort of show . Production on episode 5 must have hit a snag especially with the companies behind this . I always wonder when they do characters that speak English how they will handle it in the dub . I like the option of having the English actors do it the same mix of broken Japanese with English ,but it usually goes they try to do it all in English and it makes it not as great .

My fun was kind of dashed this week with the recap . Hopefully episode 5 makes up for it next week .

I got quite a few chuckles out of that one. (Most likely cause itā€™s not Senko relatedā€¦)

These lines both killed me šŸ¤£

  1. And then the sacks of jello you keep strapped to your chest gain sentience and start trying to escape.

  2. I highly respect the decision to give the fastest girl jet engines for hair. They double as snooty Ojō-sama curls AND a symbol of her need for speed, itā€™s brilliant

Might just be me ,but the animation quality has dipped a little in this episode . Does not look as sharp and some the characters look a little off at times to me .
