Been my opinion for a while they don’t have enough of a diverse group of reviewers. Also a few reading their reviews it seems more like they are afraid to say they like something.
Typically find most of the shows they are heavily critical about are the better shows of the season.
Not saying any of them are bad writers but as you said @Newshawk a lot of them are very cynical and I feel it’s just to me at least coming off as a bad review of a show.
The older group that was there that is now on to other things. I felt while they were critical as well had a better understanding of things and did at least try to find something positive in shows even if they disliked them. It could be the higher up to causing an issue of picking people that have their same mindset. Of course if they see this they take it the wrong way and think I’m bullying them instead of taking it as they need to diversify the reviewers.

Agreed. You read one or two reviews and you’ll get to be able to predict how each one of them will respond to any series.

But, you’d think they’d LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the show.
It’s so ‘current era’ progressive.
Summary
It has a ‘gender fluid’ antagonist, who’s not really evil but a kind, caring in touch with their feelings ‘true hero’ who goes out of their way to help the downtrodden ‘traditional, toxic maculine hero’ who brought it on himself.
That’s right…that’s my rant.
