Problem with subscription via ITunes

I signed up here on the site then downloaded the app to my iphone. Befor the trial ran out I hit subscribe from my iphone and purchased the quarterly subscription and it was bill via my itunes account. When I log in to the website again it doesn’t show me being subscribed. Can this be fixed so I can login both online and via mobile app.
