It does back up a few of the smarter speculations that have been going around. For the record PP and I knew of some stuff going on before the bankruptcy filling through our various sources. But there are limitations on what we can say and can’t say for obvious reasons, plus we’re not rumor merchants.
As to the extent of the distribution deal who knows, but I think dragonrider cody’s speculations here and elsewhere are closest to what likely happened. But I don’t think anyone actually knows what the extent of the deal is (including myself) as it’s probably a deal made between the top brass of both companies.
