I’m kind of surprised FUNi didn’t announce Ghost in the Shell: ARISE ALTERNATIVE ARCHITECTURE while I was asleep, since it aired on the 5th.

If this image stays consistant and the one box is true, one of 2 series didn’t get a FUNi pick up, which would surprise me if either got passed.

Triage X, which I expected them to sweep the Kadokawa/Media Factory titles this season due to Yuki-chan.

You know if Funimation didn’t have some clause in their Arise contract that would keep another company from licensing Alternative Architecture, I’d license it and get the Stand Alone Complex cast to reprise their roles as a kind of dis on Funimation’s handling of it.

*edit: Just saw that they are releasing the 2 episode bridge story as part of the Arise release. I bet Funimation will grab that rather than bothering with grabbing the TV version

With this announcement, it makes me wonder what Funimation’s other titles are? (Don’t they have 2 left to announce?)

(Unless they have Digimon Tri and the Lupin III which wouldn’t surprise me)
