Chronicles of Riddick: Directorâs Cut Blu-ray
I still enjoyed it, but it wasnât as good as it was when I saw it ~2005 or so (on DVD).
I appreciate that they built real sets for most of this movie (and I hope they did that for the new one), especially since much of the CG that they did have in Chronicles has not aged well. Oddly enough I saw the same âjerkinessâ when they panned over CG shots in this movie as I do in even todayâs high-budget anime. Maybe some sort of variable framerate tech could fix thatâŚ

if you liked the first two, especially the first one Pitch Black, then youâll probably like this one as well; I did. They were all pretty much barbarian movies in space.

I liked Chronicles much more than Pitch Black.
I am curious how they took Riddick from where he was at the end of Chronicles to where he is shown in the ads for this new movie.
Gotta find time to see it though. Thatâs the real issue
