The Motto Tayutayu version is presumably what aired on AT-X (Think the Japanese version of HBO), while the Motto Tayutayu + version is the Japanese Home Release version.

My understanding is a rough translation would mean “Even Lewder”, or like HiDive is calling it “Late Night Edition”.

Intro is modified , basically the scene where Kojima is looking at her notes, she’s not wearing her bra in the uncensored opening. and the OP scene with Hikari, she’s not wearing a sports Bra, and the scene with Chizuru in bed shows one of her girls exposed.
So ya it’s totally uncensored
