Some people have reported receiving Yona of the Dawn: Part Two DVD/BD combo sets that include two disk #2s rather than a disk 1 & 2. This problem seems to have effected a batch of disks that ended up primarily in the Amazon channel, and we have not yet had any issues reported with any of the sets that we have shipped.
