Some of those soups didnāt make the cutā¦ Iāve never personally seen asparagus or green pea Campbellās soup beforeā¦
I have, but itās been decades literally.
Mom did buy the Green Pea soup at one time. It wasnāt bad ā¦ if you liked Green Peas.

I have this random thought in my mind that theyād just give babies whisky before things like this came about.
This is true. LOL Whiskey was a cure all. For teething, rub some on the gums and child would calm down.
But many of these āmedicinesā had codeine / cocaine or some such in them, so yes, babies slept. Whiskey may have been the better choice.
