I can log into the website with my premium account but my iPhone and iPad are returning a “Sign In Failed - an error occurred when trying to sign in. Please try again later (unknown error)” When I try to use your App.

The fix has been sent to Apple, it must go through their process and be approved. At this point, our hands are tied.
