He doesn’t work on any of the Section 23 or Sentai side of things though?
Ah.
He doesn’t work on any of the Section 23 or Sentai side of things though?
Not the Sentai stuff, he has Maiden Japan & Kraken Releasing and maybe something else… @Psychopuppet ?
Switchblade Pictures .
I think Janice Williams is the only one credited on all the companies releases oh and Larry Koteff for Packaging .
Maybe Sentai is going to assimilate Matt and his companies and become NEO-ADV
(It’s a nice wish, huh?)
There are a few more people doing packaging now, they no longer list them on the back of the packaging. But Larry is in charge.
Now unavailable and so is the Patalbor Ultimate set on the Sentai store site.
Edit : Ideon to . Wonder if Rightstuf had to dip into Sentai stock to fill the orders .
Armored Trooper VOTOMS: Case; IRVINE OVA is live at HIDIVE
The mystery deepens
Really starting to wonder if they are dropping the extra brands and only keeping Sentai . When they first started all of these companies it made sense in a way ,but now with Sony and AT&T in control of two of the larger Anime companies it makes sense to put all the eggs in one basket .
Patlabor I’m not surprised is going out of print . License is like 7 years plus old now . VOTOM’s I’m not 100% on if the license is older then they said or if the sales really just are not worth a second printing . I’m kind of thinking most of the non-Sentai brand releases were one print and done anyway .
Hugs my Kanamemo set tightly

Ever heard of a sci-fi mecha series called Armored Trooper VOTOMS? It was quite a big deal back in its heyday, so it was quite a big deal when we announced we were streaming it.
So let’s say you’re ready to sit down and watch this classic sci-fi mecha series. You go to its show page, and… oh.
Oh…! That’s, uh… that’s a lot of OVAs there, buddy. You’re wondering where you should start. We empathize: We had the exact same reaction when we first sat down to watch it.
Fortunately for you, we wrote a guide that should answer all the questions you have about the franchise’s watch order. If you just want to start watching the show, the infographic is all you need. But we’ve also included a technical breakdown if you’re interested in that as well.

Quite possibly my favorite blind buy of this early decade. Just finished the Votoms TV series. It is so gritty and in your face that I love it. Going through the OVAs now.
