I wonder if this means that Sentai will begin to remove its titles from Crunchyroll as it is now effectively Funimation.

I would say anything that CR didn’t get the streaming VIA Sentai might be the case, but where CR somehow got the rights direct from Japan however, no.
Also, in the CR posted news on this, it seems VRV might be shutting down as well.
