I don’t even remember how many I went through before I dropped it.
Well, here’s hoping people don’t buy based on the cover art or they’ll be very disappointed, because a raunchy Goldenboy esque romp through feudal Japan this is not.
Speaking of which, Sentai really should have given it a Goldenboy-esque dub; opportunities were missed.

Is there any way to view that without the sepia filter on? 
I’m not liking the weird, doll-like faces of most of the characters. On the plus side, it didn’t seem all “stop motion” like Expelled from Paradise or 009 Re:Cyborg do.
actually wouldn’t mind if they do release it that way, with the film scratches and all. gives it a nice chambara feel to it. put next to my other samurai BD: 7 Samurai, 3 Outlaw Samurai, Hidden Fortress, etc…

This actually doesn’t look too bad. It doesn’t look like it is trying to hide the fact that it is CG animation (doesn’t look awkward, not 8 FPS) and, unlike the early parts of the original anime, it actually has animation lol.
maybe Sentai could chip in with a nice sizeable chunk of the dough.

here I thought it was for a full length movie, or at least a 30 min OVA, but a 1 min short - Ef that! 
Yep. $200,000 for a one minute video is just something that I can’t see a reason to get behind, especially since I don’t want to drop several hundred dollars on an Oculus Rift.
